There are times when circumstances can cause us to wonder and sometimes ask the question, "Who's in charge here?" Acts 12 can be one of those times. The wicked king, Herod Agrippa I, murders James, imprisons Peter with the intent of doing the same to him, and arrogantly attacks the church. Why do these kinds of bad things happen to good people if God is in control?
