The prophet Zechariah ministered along with the prophet Haggai to the exiles from Babylon. They both encouraged the people to rebuild the temple. Haggai focused his ministry on the present material work of the people while Zechariah focused more on their spiritual future, in particular their need to repent of sin and return to God. In this session, we will center our attention on the eight visions in chapters 1 – 6 concerning Jerusalem and the people.
