We learn much in Scripture regarding the men God chose to use. Timothy was one of those men. We learn of his close relationship to Paul as Paul's "beloved son." We learn of Timothy's service to the Lord from Paul's commendation in Philippians 2:19-22. However, we gain additional insight into Timothy's life that we don't learn about many other men in the Bible. Scripture gives us a look into the life of his godly mother, Eunice.
